Delivery Charges

DIVA COSTUMES:
All first orders automatically qualify for free delivery, this is applied at the checkout. Free standard delivery on all orders above £75*

Orders below £75 are subject to a delivery charge of £9+VAT

All deliveries are provided with a tracking number and are delivered within 24hrs from dispatch; see the estimated delivery date for full processing time on each item.

The courier will contact you either by mobile or email to transfer tracking details. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your order details.

When the dispatch is booked you will be contacted by the courier to allow you to track the progress of the parcel to your specified delivery address.

You can download an app to directly track the progress of your parcel, however, all deliveries are given a 2hr window before 8am to allow you to predict your day.
